本文从司法腐败的危害和形成原因谈起 ,并提出一个最直接最有效的反司法腐败的措施——司法责任 ,认为如何以法律责任的要求来重构司法责任是当今中国之当务之急 。

This thesis begins with the bad influence judicatory corruption and the reason that judicatory corruption formulates ,then it puts forward judicatory responsibility which is the most effective and direct means against judicatory corruption. How to use the demand of legislation responsibility to reconstruct judicatory responsibility is the most important thing for nowadays China.Still we cann't regard it as the solutions to all the problems.
