摘要
随着《邮政法》的修改被提上日程,社会上关于邮政专营强化还是取消的争论日趋激烈。为此试图以一个旁观者的角度对此做出客观的分析,并就实行商业化改革的一些配套措施提出自己的一些建议。
With the coming of possible modification of Postal Law, there is an even more heated discussion about whether to strengthen or cancel postal sole agency. In this article, the authors will make an objective analysis and give some suggestion about supplementary measures of commercialized reformation.
