摘要  用数值方法研究混流式水轮机引水元件内部流场是优化其设计的一个重要手段。本文基于Navier Stokes方程和标准的k ε紊流模型,采用贴体坐标和交错网格系统,用SIMPLEC算法对一模型机组的蜗壳、座环和导叶进行了联合计算,通过对不同工况下其内部三维湍流流场计算结果的分析,为改进和优化混流式水轮机引水元件的设计提供了一些有益的参考资料。 Numerical simulation of internal flows is an important way to analyze and optimize the spiral casing design in a Francis turbine. The Navier-Stockes equations with the standard k-ε turbulence model are applied in this paper. In the simulation, the body-fitted coordinates, staggered grid and the SIMPLEC algorithm are used for the spiral casing with stay ring and guide vanes. The result of the three-dimensional simulation in different operations condition suggests that simulation can be used to analyze and optimize the hydraulic design of the spiral casing in the Francis turbine.
