摘要
建立了汽车冲压车间的虚拟环境 ,在此基础上开发了冲压生产调度系统。该系统从单线调度和全线调度这两个层次来制定调度方案。前者根据下游对产量的需求和库存下限 ,采用线性规划模型计算零件的批量大小和新的生产周期 ;后者通过甘特图这一可视化工具进行批量的排序决策 ,并结合单线层次的计算结果将调度方案输入到仿真模型 ,通过与仿真过程的交互 ,检查调度方案是否满足物流资源约束和工艺约束。在实际生产调度中的应用 。
The virtual environment for the automobile press shop was established, and a scheduling and control system was developed based on it. This system is constructed by two layers, one is single line scheduling, which computes the lot-sizing and circle time by Linear Programming according to demand and the lower limit of inventory; the other is global and reactive scheduling, which determines the order of the lot-sizing by gantt chart, and checks the constraints by simulation. At last, an application example demonstrates the effectiveness and efficiency of this system.
