摘要
在8种土壤水分梯度下,对盆栽冬小麦旗叶叶片水分利用效率与土壤水分含量的关系进行了连续的测定,结合大田条件,对冬小麦旗叶的光响应曲线和CO2响应曲线进行了测定,结果表明,旗叶叶片水平水分利用效率与光强、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度关系密切,旗叶叶片水平水分利用效率在土壤水分含量、光强和CO2浓度等环境因子方面存在一定的临界值。
The pot experiments were conducted in greenhouse under different soil moisture contents to analyses the response of flag leaf water use efficiency of winter wheat to soil moisture contents. Combining the field conditions, the relationships between flag leaf water use efficiency, light intensity, concentration of CO_2 and the photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, interstellar CO_2 concentration and transpiration rate of winter wheat were determined. The results indicated there was a close relationship of flag leaf water use efficiency with the determined physiological factors, and flag leaf water use efficiency had a critical value of soil moisture contents, light intensity, and concentration of CO_2.
