摘要
本文根据海洋拖船稳性海损的主要特性 ,对稳性衡准公式进行评述 ,进而对设计拖船的抗倾覆要点作了介绍。
In the paper, based on the main feature of sea damage fr om stability loss on ocean-going tug, an appraisal to the stability criterion formula is discussed and the design essent ials of anti-overturning of the ocean-going tug are presented.
