摘要
首先给出了电子海图旋转时 ,动态标注各种注记的方法以及排列向量的定义 ,然后介绍了实现电子海图实时平滑旋转的技术途径。通过尽量减少不必要的绘制、将图形绘制数据与其它海图数据分离和不直接针对目标显示窗口进行绘图三种策略的运用 ,实现了电子海图平滑旋转时 ,海图绘制和显示的高效率。
In the first, the method of dynamic la beling to several k inds of notes accompanying with rotation of electronic chart and the definition of arranging vector are given out, then, some approaches to real iz e real-time and smooth rotation of electronic chart in the ECDIS are in troduced. By combining t hree means of reducing needless drawing, separating plotting data from other cha r t data and not drawing directly onto destination showing windows, the r eal-time smooth rotation of electronic chart and showing can be ach ieved in high efficiency.
