摘要
目的:研究睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(sleepapneasyndrome,SAS)患者夜间平均动脉血压(meanarterypressure,MAP)与血浆中内皮素、血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiolensionⅡ,AngⅡ)、心钠素和降钙素基因相关肽(calcitoningene-relatedpeptide,CGRP)浓度的变化。方法:多导睡眠图(polysomnography,PSG)确诊SAS和对照组并记录MAP,放射免疫分析法测定30例SAS患者和20例对照组血浆中内皮素、AngⅡ、心钠素和CGRP浓度。结果:SAS患者血浆内皮素、AngⅡ、心钠素浓度显著升高,与MAP呈正相关(r=0.65,0.56,0.63,P<0.05);血浆CGRP浓度显著降低,但与MAP无关(r=-0.29,P>0.05)。结论:SAS患者夜间MAP升高,可能与血浆中血管活性物质水平变化有关。
AIM:To investigate the changes of mean artery pressure(MAP) during night and the plasma levels of endothelin(ET), angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ ),atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in patients with sleep apnea syndrome (SAS). <METHODS:The MAP were tested in 20 controls and 30 SAS patients,who were diagnosed by polysomnography(PSG), and their plasma levels of ET,AngⅡ , ANP and CGRP were measured by radioimmunoassay. <RESULTS:As compared with the control group,the plasma levels of ET,AngⅡ and ANP in the SAS patients were significantly increased,and were positively correlated with MAP(r=0.65,0.56,0.63,P< 0.05); while the plasma level of CGRP was decreased significantly, but had no relation with MAP(r=- 0.29, P >0.0.5). <CONCLUSION:The enhancement of night MAP in SAS patients may be related to the changes of the levels of vascular active substances in plasma.
