摘要
目的:观察金匮肾气丸对糖尿病大鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性和血清丙二醛浓度的影响。方法:将链尿佐菌素-糖尿病大鼠随机分成治疗组和糖尿病组,每组7只,以体质量、鼠龄相匹配的正常大鼠7只作为对照组。治疗组以金匮肾气丸22.5g/kg(2mL)灌胃,1次/d;糖尿病组和正常对照组灌胃自来水2mL/kg,1次/d,连续给药8周。观察各组大鼠SOD和丙二醛的变化。结果:糖尿病组SOD活性犤(5470.32±459.11)NU/L犦显著降低,丙二醛浓度犤(16.19±3.84)nmol/L犦显著升高,与正常对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.01)。治疗组SOD活性犤(7681.21±399.12)NU/L犦显著升高,丙二醛浓度犤(8.41±3.42)nmol/L犦显著下降,与糖尿病组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:金匮肾气丸对糖尿病大鼠有抗过氧化损伤的作用。
AIM: To study the effect of jinkui shenqi wan(JKSQW) on the activity red blood cell superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the concentration of serum malondialdehyde(MDA) in diabetic rat.<METHODS: Streptozotocin induced diabetic rats were divided into two groups(treatment group and diabetic group) randomly, 7 rates for each group,and 7 normal rats matched in body weight and age were used as control group. The rats in treatment group were intragastrically administered with JKSQW(22.5 g/kg) one time a day. The rats in diabetic group and control group were intragastrically administered with tap water (2 mL/kg), one time a day and continuous medication for 8 weeks. The activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA in all groups were investigated.<RESULTS: The activity of SOD reduced[( 5 470.32± 459.11)NU/L]and the concentration of MDA increased[( 16.19± 3.84)nmol/L]significantly in diabetic group than those in normal control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.01). The activity of SOD increased [( 7 681.21± 399.12)NU/L]and the concentration of MDA reduced[( 8.41± 3.42) nmol/L]in treatment group, There was significant difference as compared with diabetic group(P< 0.05- 0.01). <CONCLUSION: JKSQW has the effect of anti peroxidation in diabetic rat.
