摘要 目的:了解结缔组织生长因子(connectivetissuegrowthfactor,CTGF)在肺纤维化发生、发展中的作用。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1991-06/2002-10关于生长因子、肺纤维化和呼吸功能的相关文章,检索词“connectivetissuegrowthfactor,transforminggrowthfactor,pulmonaryfibrosis,并限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索《中国临床康复》杂志2003-01/2004-08期间的相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“结缔组织长因子,转化生长因子,肺纤维化”。资料选择:对检索到的CTGF,转化生长因子及肺纤维化研究文章中的相关信息进行综述,纳入标准为①随机对照的基础及临床试验(RCT)。②无论是否为单盲,双盲或非盲法。资料提炼:共检索到相关文章43篇,对检索到的CTGF,转化生长因子及肺纤维化相关35篇文章中的相关信息进行综述,8篇综述性文章不符合纳入标准予以排除。资料综合:实验研究提示,CTGF是一种富含半胱氨酸的分泌性多肽,有促进细胞增殖,加速DNA合成;促进血管形成;促进成纤维细胞的增殖、刺激细胞外基质的合成;介导细胞黏附,刺激细胞迁移;诱导细胞凋亡的生物学活性。与皮肤、肝、肾、肺等组织器官纤维化及增生性疾病有着重要联系。CTGF基因属于早期即刻反应基因,启动子含TGF-β应答元件,可被TGF-β?
