摘要
在600~1350℃对X70管线钢进行了拉伸试验,通过扫描电镜和金相显微镜展示了不同温度区断口的组织形貌,并研究了C、N含量对试样面缩率的影响。结果表明,700~900℃为X70钢的第三脆性区,面缩率低于40%。随着C、N含量的增加,1000~1250℃高温塑性区的塑性呈下降趋势,但对第三脆性区的塑性却略有改善作用,这与Nb、V等合金元素的碳氮化合物在晶界析出所产生的钉扎作用有一定关系。
Tensile testing for X70 pipeline steels in 600~1 350 ℃ was carried out, and the fracture micrographs of samples in different temperature were examined with SEM and metallographic microscope. The effects of C, N content on area reduction (RA) were examined. The results show 700~900 ℃ is the embrittlement region III, where the RA is lower than 40%. The plasticity decreases in 1 000~1 250 ℃ with the increase of C and N, while the plasticity is improved slightly in region III. It's the contribution of pinning function of carbonitride of Nb, V precipitated in grain boundary.
