摘要 本文详细论述了专家系统与人工神经网络相结合(ANNES)在铜管拉拔工艺设计中的应用。它以专家系统为数据处理工作台,以管坯和成品管的外径、壁厚为输入,以拉拔道次和各道次外径、壁厚为输出,利用神经网络完成推理和知识库的维护。文中以实例说明了 SNNES 的实用性,计算结果与实际值的差别小于5%。 The paper expounds in detail the application of Expert System combined with Artificial Neural Network(ANNES)to the drawing process design of copper tubes.The ANNES takes the ES as a data processing platform,the diameter and wall thickness of the tube shell and finished tube as its input,the drawing passes and the diameter and wall thickness of each pass as its output,and uses the ANN to carry out reasoning and maintenance of the intellectual base.The paper illustrates the practicality of ANNES with examples,in which the difference between calculation results of ANNES and actual results is less than five percent.
