高速电弧喷涂FeAlCrNi-Cr_3C_2涂层的组织与相结构研究

摘要 采用粉芯丝材高速电弧喷涂技术制备了FeAlCrNi Cr3C2涂层,并研究了涂层的组织和相结构。结果表明:涂层具有致密的层状结构,扁平颗粒小,氧化物膜细小,硬质点相分布均匀,孔隙率低;在涂层中存在着多种结构复杂的组织和化合物相,包括单立方结构基体相FeAl、Fe3Al、Al Ni,AlNi;硬质相Cr3C2、Fe3C及AlFe3C0.5;氧化物相FeO·Al2O3、Cr2O3、少量六方结构的α Al2O3和面心立方结构的γ Al2O3以及面心立方结构的FeO·Cr2O3;某些区域还存在面心立方结构的γ (Fe,Ni)。 The composition and microstructure of coatings that were in situ synthesized by cored wire FeAlCrNi/Cr_3C_2 and high velocity arc spraying (HVAS) technology were investigated. Results show that HVAS FeAlCrNi-Cr_3C_2 coatings have dense layered structure, small flat grains, fine oxidate film, uniform distribution of hard partifcles, and low porosity; Coatings own a lot of complicated compounds and phases including matrix compounds suth as FeAl, Fe_3Al, AlNi and AlNi of single cube crystal configuration; Hard compounds of Cr_3C_2, Fe_3C and AlFe_3C_(0.5); oxidation compounds of FeO·Al_2O_3, Cr_2O_3, a few α-Al_2O_3 of hexogonal structure, γ-Al_2O_3 and FeO·Cr_2O_3 of fcc configuration. There also had fcc configurationγ-(Fe,Ni) at some area.
