摘要
硅 锰系TRIP钢仅含碳、硅、锰等合金元素,采用亚温等温淬火及完全淬火加亚温等温淬火热处理,获得铁素体、贝氏体和残余奥氏体三相组织,残余奥氏体分别呈块状和针状。该钢在Ms~Md温度之间拉伸试验表明其力学性能提高显著。完全淬火加亚温等温淬火试样在50℃拉伸时,伸长率最高值达41.5%。
Bainite ferrite and retained austenite were obtained in Si-Mn TRIP steel containing C, Si and Mn through austempering and quenching complete. Retained austenite particles are blocky and acicular respectively. The mechanical properties of the steel can be enhanced considerably due to strain-induced martensite transformation and transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP) when it is deformed at a temperature between M_s and M_d. Total elongation of the specimen which was quenched completely and then austempersed immedidely after intercritical annealing reached the maximum value (41.5%) when it strained at 50℃.
