骁悉治疗局灶硬化型肾小球肾炎的临床研究

摘要 目的 :观察免疫抑制剂骁悉 (MMF)对原发性肾小球疾病的局灶硬化型肾小球肾炎 (FSGS)的临床疗效及副作用。方法 :原发性FSGS共 36例 ,随机分为两组 ,治疗组 2 1例 ,采用MMF 1.5~ 2 .0 g/d联合中小剂量激素治疗 ;对照组 15例采用激素 +环磷酰胺治疗。疗程均为 6个月。结果 :治疗组缓解 14例 (6 6 .7% ) ,部分缓解 5例(2 3.8% ) ,慢性肾小球肾炎并肾衰竭患者无效 2例 (9.5 % )。疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :MMF联合激素治疗能有效控制FSGS ,改善肾功能 ,优于激素联合环磷酰胺 (CTX) Objective:To observe the clinical effects and adverse effects of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) in treating focal segmental glomerulosclerosis(FSGS).Methods:Thirty-six patients with FSGS were divided into two groups: 21 case in treatment group treated with MMF 1.5~2.0 g/d combined with small to moderate dosage of steroids and 15 cases in control group treated with cyclophosphamide combined with steroids. The course of treatment was 6 months in both groups.Results:Fourteen patients(66.7%) achieved complete remission and 5 had partial remission(23.8%) in the treatment group.Two patients(9.5%) with with renal insufficiency showed no response.Conclusion:MMF combined with steroids show strong efficacy in controlling FSGS and improving renal function, which is superior to steroids combined with cyclophosphamide.
