关于《汉语拼音方案》中y、w性质的界定

《汉语拼音方案》对 y、w的性质又未作具体的界定 ,致使人们对 y、w这两个字母的理解较为混乱 ,这是《汉语拼音方案》的一大缺陷。为了解决这一“缺陷”性问题 ,应该对《汉语拼音方案》中 y、w的性质作具体的界定 ,以让《汉语拼音方案》在汉语语音发展以及推广普通话的过程中进一步发挥作用。

The natures of y and w in the Phonetic Chinese Alphabet have not been defined, r esulting in a random comprehension of the two letters. This is a defect of the P honetic Chinese Alphabet. To solve this problem of “defectiveness”, the nature s of y and w should be defined so as to make it possible for the Phonetic Chines e Alphabet to play a better role in the development of the pronunciation of Chin ese and in popularizing the standard Chinese pronunciation.
