摘要
从实验教学改革、实验室管理创新、实验室管理研究和实验室硬件建设等方面,阐述了抓好当前教学实验室建设的有关问题,提出了加强实验室人、财、物等教育资源建设,创建"以人为本"的新的实验室运行机制是加快教学实验室建设的关键。
This article expatiated on the subject of how to develop teaching laboratories, such as the innovation of experimental teaching and laboratory management, the research of laboratory work and the development of laboratorial hardware. The article focuses on that it is the key of the development of teaching laboratories to construct a new laboratory running mechanism which is human-oriented and propitious to enhance the efficiency of laboratory resources: human resource, financial and material resource.
