摘要
分析了电机外壳异形冷却风扇叶片的结构特点 ,讨论了其冲压生产过程中容易出现的问题及其变形原理 ,制订了冲压加工工艺路线 ,设计并加工了相应工序的冲压模具 。
According to the special structure of the unusual-shaped cooling fans for the motor outer shells, the problems that often occur in stamping production are discussed. The deformation principle is analyzed. The stamping process has been worked out and the corresponding dies for the work procedures have been designed and manufactured. Production of the unusual-shaped cooling fans by stamping process is realized.
