摘要
分析了护栏梁零件的成形工艺特点 ,以护栏梁为例 ,在较小的空间位置条件下 ,通过摆块机构 ,以浮动模具的形式 ,实现多孔斜向冲裁 ,并对模具关键零件的加工制造工艺进行了全面分析 。
The characteristics of the technological process for forming the fencing rail parts are analyzed. With the fencing rail as an example, multi-hole slantwise piercing has been realized with a floating die with a swaying block structure under the condition of small space. The machining technologies of the key parts of the die are fully analyzed. The development of the die is successful.
