摘要
介绍了1副适用于表面要求较高的钣金件的成形模结构及工作过程 ,解决了钣金件成形过程中的擦伤问题。模具利用压缩气体为动力 ,不需压力机就能工作 ,减少了设备的投资。
A die for forming the metal sheet parts requiring for high-quality surface is introduced. The scratch problem occurring in the course of forming the metal sheet parts has been solved. The structure and working process of the die are introduced. Compressed air is used as the drive of the die and the die can work without a press, which reduces the investment in equipment.
