结合近年来国内外对诱变技术的研究进展 ,综述了主要诱变技术的诱变机理及其在植物育种中的应用 。

The mutagenesis mechanism of main mutation techniques and their application on plant breeding were introduced, and the methods to select and identify the mutants were also discussed in this paper.
