贵州省双语文教学概况

On Survey of Bichinese Teaching in Guizhou Province

本文通过民族语文和双语文教学在贵州近 5 0年实践经验的总结及回顾 ,论述了民族语文对民族文化的传承和保护、促进“两基攻坚”、“扶贫攻坚”及民族教育事业的发展 ,推动西部大开发、民族地区经济社会的全面发展和全面建设小康社会进程中的重要作用及其意义。

On the basis of summary and retrospects on putting et hnic Chinese and bichinese teaching into practice for nearly 50 years in Guizhou ,this article expounds the ethnic Chinese'scontribution from three aspects as f ollowing:its heritage and protection to ethnic culture;its promotion to “Liang Ji Gong Jian”and “Fu Ping Gong Jian”as well as the ethnic education;its advan ce in strategy of western development as well as economic and social development in ethnic areas.The author also points out the important function and signific ance of ethnic Chinese in the process of comprehensively developing and constru cting the relatively well-off society.
