落实民族区域自治教育权的法律法规保护探讨

A Tentative study on the Protection of Law and Regula tion of Autonomy in Educational Right in Ethnic Regions

民族区域自治教育权对于民族地区尤其是民族自治地方发展民族教育乃至全面发展具有重要作用。国家非常重视民族区域自治教育权的法律法规保护工作 ,取得了很大成绩 ,也存在一些问题。国家和民族自治地方加强二级多层立法是有效落实民族区域自治教育权的重要保障。

Autonomy in educational right in ethnic regions pla ys a very important role in developing ethnic education in ethnic regions, especi ally in autonomous areas. The state has attached importance to the protection work of law and regulation of autonomy in educational right in ethnic regions and has made great achievements. still, some problems exist. To strengthen legis lation at all levels of the state as well as of autonomous regions is very impor tant to guarantee the effective implementation of legislation of autonomy in edu cational right ethnic regions.
