摘要
探讨了利用阀的压力差-流量特性预测汽车减振器阻力-速度特性的方法。提出了计算压缩行程减振器阻力的图解法。以流量实验台测取的阀的节流特性为例对预测法进行了验证。结果表明,预测法不仅得到较为精确的减振器阻力-速度特性,能够直观显示阀系匹配不良导致的后果。
In this paper, an approach is presented on predicting automotive shock absorber force versus velocity characteristics by valve pressure versus flowrate characteristics. A diagrammatic method is employed to compute shock absorber force at compression stroke. The technique is validated by valve characteristics tested on a flowrate bench. It indicates that the prediction technique can obtain relatively accurate shock absorber characteristics, and also can illustrate the results by incorrect matching of valves.
