摘要
介绍数控技术在绝缘子修形设备改造中的应用。首先,从机械和控制整体上进行考虑,分别进行刀具和刀架系统的设计。根据绝缘子形状,设计开发一组全新的修形刀具,该组刀具制作简单,通用性强,能够满足绝缘子修形的特殊要求。采用螺旋型四工位自动转位刀架系统。其次,利用自动控制系统控制改装后的修形设备。主要由两个步进电机代替原手动进给传动。以单片机系统作为控制系统,实现对进给系统及刀架系统的控制。
Introduce the application of numeric control technique in rebuilding equipment of the insulator form repair. For one thing, In the whole point view of mechanism and control to design cutter and cutter frame. Base on the insulator form devising a new set of cutters and cutter frame respectively. The facture of the cutter is easy and good versatility. It can satisfy the especial request of insulator form repair. And take use of spiral type of four position automatic switch cutter frame system. For another thing, Using automatic operation system to control refit equipment. It is mostly use two stepper motor replacing manual feeding drive and SCM system, It is main operation system and it control the feeding and cutter frame system.
