民办高校大学新生EPQ测评分析

摘要 目的:了解民办高校大学新生个性特征。方法:应用艾森克人格调查问卷(EPQ)对1132名民办高校大学新生进行测评,与全国大中学生常模比较,并在性别、生源、专业、家庭结构、家庭出身、民族等维度进行比较。结果:与全国大、中学生常模相比本调查男、女大学生P、N因子分均显著低于常模,E因子分均显著高于常模,男大学生L因子分高于常模,女生则与常模无显著性差异;在性别、生源、专业、家庭结构、家庭出身、民族等维度上大学生存在很大差异。结论:民办高校大学新生个性整合较为良好,个性较稳定;不同群体个性差异较大,学校教育应考虑群体的特征,有针对性地进行工作。 Objective:To know new students' individual character in civil college. Methods: 1132 newstudents of civil college were measured with EPQ and compared with the routine model on sexual distinction, source of students,family structure,family background, ethnic group and so on.Results:P and N factor averagepoints of all new students were distinctly lower than routine model. F factor average points were higher than routine model Schoolboys L factor points have no difference with routine. There are distinct difference on sexual distinction, source of students department, Ihmily structure, family background, etlmic group and so on. Conclusion: New students of civil college have good individual character. Teachers should give different helps accordance their character accordance their character.
