凝固模型在方坯连铸二冷改造中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 根据连铸坯凝固传热的特点,在电炉厂小方坯的连铸机二冷改造过程中,建立了二维的传热模型。对改造前后的系统进行分析,为二冷系统的改造提供了理论依据,进而实现二冷三段和四段汽雾改造。 According to the solidification and heat transfer characteristics of strand£"?a two dimensional unsteady mathematical model has been established for billet solidification and heat transfer. Temperature of solidification process is analyzing for the billet caster with and without modified secondary cooling system at Nanjing Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. And these are considered as theoretical basis of modifying secondary cooling system, Accordingly the third and the fourth in the secondary cooling segments are modified into gas and mist configurations based on these analyzing results.
