电炉厂100t超高功率电弧炉使用的超音速水冷碳氧枪原为进口设备，因备件费用昂贵，供货周期长，经常因设备故障影响生产。针对该设备氧枪喷头、机械传动、水冷却系统不适应冶炼要求，进行了转化改造，降低了成本，保证了生产，取得了明显的经济效益。
The supersonic water-cooling lance for 100 tons’ ultra-high power Eaf for Najing Jinteng Iron &Steel Co., Ltd is imported equipment and normal production is often affected by expensive spare parts, long delivery period and equipment faults. For this situation, conversion modification has been done mainly on the nozzle of oxygen lance, mechanical drive and water-cooling system unsuitable for steel-making requirements. In this way, the cost is lowered, the production is guaranteed and good benefits are achieved.
