针对电炉厂拉钢机的常见故障进行分析，找出故障发生的根源，提出改进方法并取得实效。
By analyzing the faults that frequently occurred on the billet drawer in EAF plant, reasons are found out, improvement methods are put forward and economical benefits are achieved.
