急性细菌性痢疾菌株药敏分布和临床治疗调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨急性细菌性痢疾患者中志贺菌菌群分布和对喹喏酮类药物敏感性 ,以期对临床治疗提供指导性建议。方法 :腹泻患者 5 4 9份粪便标本接种于培养基 ,对生长菌落进行形态、生化反应、血清学鉴定及分型和药敏试验。结果 :标本培养阳性率为 14 .2 1% ( 78/ 5 4 9) ,分型以福氏Ⅱ、福氏Ⅳ和宋内氏志贺菌多见 ,分别检出率为 2 8.2 1% ( 2 2 / 78)、2 0 .5 1% ( 16 / 78)和 38.4 6 % ( 30 / 78)。对喹诺酮药物耐药菌株 ,以福氏Ⅱ最多 ,宋氏次之 ;三代喹诺酮类对福氏Ⅱ志贺菌最为敏感 ;而二代、三代喹诺酮类对于福氏Ⅳ和宋内氏志贺菌呈较高敏感性。结论 :目前的流行株依然以福氏Ⅱ、福氏Ⅳ和宋内氏志贺菌为主。 Objective:To investigate the flora distribution and antimicrobial susceptibility of Shigella in the patients with acute bacterial diarrhoea.In order to give some suggestions to the clinic therapy. Methods:549 diarrhoea specimens were collected,cultured,isolated and clossified,which were clinic-based surveillance for diarrhoea disease in year 2001.The antimicrobia susceptibility of Shigella were identified.Results:Among the 549 specimens,78(14.21%) positive culture were obtained.The sero types were Shigella tlexneri(type Ⅱand Ⅳ) and Shigella sonnei,whch consisted of 28.21%(22/78)、20.51 % ( 16 / 78 ) and 38.46 % ( 30 / 78 ). Resistance to quinolone was noted mainly for Shigella flexneri (type Ⅱ) and Shigalla sonnei. Third-generation quinolones were hypersensitive for Shigella flexneri (type Ⅱ). Second and/or third-generation quinolones were higher sensitive to Shigella flexneri (type Ⅳ) and Shigalla sonnei. Conclusion:In recent years, the main flora was still Shigella flexneri (type Ⅱand Ⅳ) and Shigalla sonnei . Second-generation quinolones can be used effictiuely in the therapy of Shigalla dysentery.
