With such constant enlargement of the open degree of the respect as goods, technology and investment,etc., the manufacturing industry of our country incorporates in the international division system day by day. But even today, the economic globalization is being deepened constantly, the country remains the most important economic benefits subject, because the irreplaceable important position in national economy of manufacturing industry, the opening to the outside world of manufacturing industry will produce deep influence on the national economic security.
