摘要
针对实时圆度检测系统技术进行了研究,结合嵌入式PC／104控制平台的优点,从硬件、软件两方面进行系统方案阐述,并对系统的信号处理、实时性以及圆度评定策略加以介绍。
This paper presents research and application on realtime roundness testing technique.Based on the embedded control system of PC/104,the paper emphatically introduces hardware system and software system,and describes data collecting and controlling card,realtime capability and the policy of roundness error evaluation in detail.
