摘要 "学分银行"改革成为高职教育的发展方向,但其推行决不是一蹴而就的,主要有"四难":即理念重塑与政策把控之难、制度重构之难、具体实施之难、管理之难。剖析这些困难与障碍,在于正视现实,勇敢面对,积极、稳妥、有效地推动高职院校的"学分银行"改革,实现从学年学分制向完全学分制的逐步转变。 Reform in promoting the'CREDIT BANK' has become the direction of polytechnic education. Its implementation,however,can not be done at once. There lie four difficulties: namely,the difficulty of concept remodeling and policy control, the difficulty of system reconstruction,the difficulty of actual implementation,and the difficulty of management. Exploring these difficulties and obstacles,we should realize and confront the realities,and actively,safely and effectively promote the 'credit bank' reform in polytechnic college, and finally realize the gradual shift from academic year credit system to total credit system..
