摘要
目的评价万古霉素(商品名)稳可信治疗高龄老人严重感染的安全性。方法应用回顾性调查方法对稳可信治疗的42例严重感染的高龄老人进行分析,资料用t检验分析。结果稳可信治疗有效率高达90.5%(38/42),无严重毒副作用,仅1例有GPT轻度升高,后自行下降。25例MRSA万古霉素敏感性达100%。结论稳可信对高龄老人严重感染治疗有效,在药物体内浓度及肝肾功能监测下应用,安全性高。
Objective To evaluate the safety of Vancocin Cp in treatment of serious infection in oldest- old people. Methods 42 cases with serious infection were retrospectively analyzed with t test. Results The clinical efficacy rate was 90.5% ( 38/42) , and incidence of adverse drug reaction was rare,only 1 case had the rise of GPT. Conclusions Vancocin Cp is safety and efficacy to treat serious infection in oldest- old people. [
