摘要
石灰在选矿作业中主要是起矿浆酸碱调整和抑制剂的作用,用量大、质量要求高,因此准确测定游离CaO含量及石灰用量就显得特别重要。本文就如何有效地取样、化验石灰含量作了一些探讨,提出了简便有效测评石灰的方式,稳定了石灰的质量。
Lime is used mainly to adjust acidity and alkalinity in nonferrous metal separation and act as a depressor, large dosage and high quality is required. How to determine the content of free CaO and the dosage of lime correctly is particularly important. In this paper, the author describes how to take a sample and analyzes the component of lime, as well as brings forward a way to evaluate the quality of lime, which helps to stabilize lime quality.
