摘要
人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)感染在人群中非常普遍 ,尚无有效预防和治疗办法。本文概述了以树突状细胞 (DC)为基础的HPV疫苗研究现状 ,包括病毒蛋白及肽段负载的DC疫苗、HPVˉDNA、RNA、病毒样颗粒刺激的DC疫苗及肿瘤细胞与DC融合疫苗等 ,并讨论了其在尖锐湿疣防治中的可能应用。
