摘要
文章分析了铅阳极泥还原熔炼过程中,影响稀渣含银的主要因素,论述了优化配料,严格控制过程温度及沉淀时间、确保快速完全熔化和充分沉淀分离,加强物料管理、减少银料损失,完善岗位操作等降低稀渣含银的有效措施。改进后,银转炉还原熔炼稀渣含银明显降低且稳定在0.18%以下。
This paper analyes the maine factor in the process of Lead anode slime reduction smelting that effect the Silver concentration of lean slag. Introduces efficiency measure to depress Silver concentration of lean slag such as advantage burden,strictly control process temperature and the time of deposit,insure quickly and sompetely melt down,insure absolutely deposit and separate,strengthen administer material and reduce losing of Silver,perfect operation,etc. after improvement,in converter reduction smelting,Silver concentration of lean slag evidence knock-down and level off under 0.18% A.
