摘要
防空旅(团)战斗保障体系的效能是形成良好防空作战能力的关键因素之一,结合防空旅(团)的实际情况,建立了防空旅(团)战斗保障体系的效能指标体系,应用AHP法(层次分析法)确立了各因素的权重,给定了防空旅(团)战斗保障体系效能的评价指标,采用模糊综合评判,建立了二级的评估模型,实现了对防空旅(团)战斗保障体系效能的量化评判模型,并通过实例分析证明了该方法的可行性。
Effectiveness of combat support for air defence brigade or regiment is one of the most important factors which is the basis of satisfactory battle effectiveness. According to the characteristics of combat support ,the system of evaluating index is established .Appling the AHP ,the weight of these index is found up,the evaluation factor of target system is presented .A two stage fuzzy evaluating model is established,and the design method of effectiveness is introduced. The practical calculation shows the model is feasible.
