摘要
建立了坦克变速箱体详细的有限元模型,采用Lanczos算法对箱体结构进行了模态分析,计算出了箱体结构的前16阶非刚体模态的固有频率及相应振型.分析结果显示了箱体各部分结构振动的强弱分布以及抗振薄弱区,为下一步的动态响应及动态修正提供了必要的依据.该分析结果也为变速箱故障诊断提供了参考依据.
In this paper, a detailed finite element model of the box-body of tank gearbox is established, and the modal analysis of the box-body is carried out by Lanczos algorithm. Through the analysis, the inherent frequencies and mode shapes of the first 16 modes are obtained respectively. The results of the relative distribution of the vibration magnitude in the box-body are given, which are valid enough to provide the foundation for the dynamic response evaluation and the dynamic modification. The analysis results also provide the reference foundation for identifying and locating the cause of tank gearbox faults.
