摘要
采用ANSYS软件非线性分析技术,通过三维体单元、层单元和接触单元,建立了60系列的R15型子午线轮胎的三维有限元模型。使用Pilot节点控制刚性目标面,使充气轮胎在不同摩擦系数的情况下进行接触滑移,得到了各种情况下轮胎接触滑移的印痕分布状况及在摩擦力的情况下轮胎各部位的变形和应力情况,为进一步进行子午线轮胎的动态接触分析和优化设计奠定了基础。
Using the Non-linear analysis technology of ANSYS software, the three-dimension finite element model of radial tyre is built with three-dimension volume element, layer element and contacting element. Contact-sliding conditions of different friction coefficients between charged tyre and ground are gained by using pilot node to control the moving of rigid-target surface, thus, the distribution status of contact moulage in diversified conditions and distortion status of the tyre in the different position are accepted. Foundation is laid for further dynamic contact analysis and design optimization for the radial tyre by using the pilot node.
