Design on torque check circuit using for gear test bed

运用相位差式转矩传感器及其相应的检测电路,较好地解决了变速箱试验台转矩信息的采集工作,并对其输出波形进行了分析。试验结果表明系统运行稳定,精度较高。

On the basis of comprehensive analysis for the method of measuring torque, directed to the function of new type test-bed of gear-bed, the paper applys torque-sensor of phase angle difference and relevant circuits to it, and has solved the collecting work for torque information in the controlling system of test-bed of gear-bed. At the same time the paper has analyzed its working principle and output wave form.The testing result has proved that the system runs steadily,designs reasonably,has a great accuracy.
