介绍了生物柴油制备过程中的反应动力学以及水份、游离脂肪酸、催化剂、醇油摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等对酯交换工艺的影响。
Biodiesel is green and renewable energy, which can reduce the toxic hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide, as well as the net emission of carbon dioxide, when used as alternative fuel of diesel. Biodiesel can be gained from the transesterification process of plant oil or animal' s grease. Reaction kinetic mechanism of oil transesterification and manufacturing factors such as water content, free fatty acid,catalyst,molar ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time are emphasized on.
