Experimental Myopathy and Renal Damage Associated with Heroin

目的 :通过对海洛因成瘾实验动物进行组织学观察研究 ,揭示海洛因成瘾与由之所致肾损害及横纹肌损害之间的关系 .方法 :采用海洛因腹腔注射方法建立不同时期成瘾动物模型 ,并对实验动物横纹肌及肾组织进行免疫组化及电镜观察 .结果 :( 1 )横纹肌和肾组织有不同程度损伤 ,部分动物肾组织中检出肌红蛋白成分 ;( 2 )肾脏病理组织学改变与海洛因成瘾时间具有一定的关系 .结论 :海洛因依赖对横纹肌和肾组织具有一定的损害作用 .

The effects of heroin on rat striped muscle and kidney were studied. Heroin was injected intraperitoneally. The quadriceps, the myocardium and the renal tissue were studied using histological technique and electron microscopic technique. The kidney was also studied by immunohistochemical technique. Morphological changes were detected at different time intervals. The results showed the myotoxic effect of heroin on striped muscles and kidney. Myoglobin was demonstrated in kidney. The pathogenesis of kidney change is discussed.
