十二指肠溃疡患者的述情障碍和个性特征的研究

A Contrast Study of Alexithymia and Personality Traits in Patients with Duodenum Ulcer

目的 :探讨十二指肠溃疡患者述情障碍、个性特征及相互之间的关系 .方法 :采用多伦多述情障碍量表 (TAS)和艾森克成人个性问卷 (EPQ)对 6 5例十二指肠溃疡患者进行测评 ,并与正常健康者作对照 .结果 :十二指肠溃疡组TAS总分 (72 0 6± 11 0 5 )分 ,明显高于对照组 (6 6 39± 8 93)分 (P <0 0 1) ,各因子分比较也有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) .溃疡组EPQ的N分和对照组相比差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1) .多元相关分析发现 ,十二指肠溃疡组TAS的Ⅲ、Ⅳ因子分和个性维度E呈负相关 ,TAS的Ⅰ、Ⅱ因子分和个性维度N呈正相关 .结论 :十二指肠溃疡患者存在述情障碍 ,且与个性特征等心理社会因素密切相关 .

Objective: To study the Alexithymia and personality traits of patients with duodenum ulcer (DU). Methods: A contrast study was carried out between patients with DU and normal people to assess alexithymia with Toronto Alexithymia scale (TAS) and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ), ‘T’-test and multiple correlation analysis were used in data analysis. Results: The patients with DU significantly differed from the persons in control group on the total score,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ subscores of TAS and on N scores in EPQ(P<0.01). That there was close relation between personality and alexithymia was showed through multiple correlation analysis. The Ⅲ,Ⅳsubscores were negative correlation to E score, and Ⅰ,Ⅱ subscores positive to N score. Conclusion: Alexithymia is obvious in patients with DU and related to their personality traits and psychological state.
