78例毒鼠强中毒案例损伤程度的法医学鉴定

目的 :对一起 78人毒鼠强中毒案例进行临床资料及损伤程度的法医学鉴定分析 ,探讨毒鼠强中毒损伤程度的法医学鉴定的有关问题 .方法 :78人毒鼠强中毒临床症状主要以头昏、恶心、呕吐等为主 ,严重者出现四肢抽搐、昏迷、口吐白沫等 ,依据毒鼠强中毒临床表现及中毒程度分级作为法医学鉴定的参考标准 .结果 :78人中轻微伤 6 5例 ,轻伤 10例 ,重伤 3例 .结论 :毒鼠强中毒程度分级对损伤程度的法医学鉴定有重要的参考价值 .

Objective:Occurrence of Tetramine poisoning is increasing in recent years. Identification of this kind of injure is a new problem in the judicial expertise. Methods:Clinical symptoms is graded according to the degree of poisoning as the reference standard of the forensic medicine identification. Results: In total 78 cases, 65 cases of slight injury, 10 cases of light injury, 3 cases of serious injury. Conclusion: Grading of tetramine poisoning is useful for forensic medicine identification of injury degree.
