天然与破壁松花粉对大鼠生长发育影响的实验研究

Effect of Natural and Broken Pine Pollen on Rat's Growth and Development

目的 :探讨天然与破壁松花粉对幼年大鼠生长发育的影响 ,观察天然松花粉在消化道中的形态变化及破壁率 (% ) .方法 :离乳SD幼鼠 4 0只 ,随机分为两组 (天然松花粉组、破壁松花粉组 ) ,每组 2 0只 ,雌雄各半 .分别在饲料中添加 5 0 %天然和破壁松花粉 ,各组饲料基本等热、等氮及主要营养素相等 ,喂养 4 0d ,观察幼鼠生长发育各项指标 ,显微镜检粪便中花粉形态及计算天然松花粉的破壁率 (% ) .结果 :天然和破壁松花粉对幼鼠体重、增重无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,天然松花粉组进食量显著高于破壁松花粉组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,食物利用率和蛋白质利用率极显著和显著低于破壁松花粉组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,天然松花粉在消化道内破壁率为 6 5 9%～ 6 7 1% ,低于破壁松花粉破壁率 .天然松花粉组肾上腺脏器系数显著高于破壁松花粉组 (雌 :P <0 0 1,雄 :P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :大量摄入未破壁的天然松花粉对幼鼠生长发育有一定影响 ,大量天然松花粉在消化道内破壁率为 6 5 9%～ 6 7 1% ,天然松花粉刺激肾上腺增生原因有待深入研究 .

Objective: To investigate the effect of natural and broken pine pollen on rats growth and development, observe configuration and calculate broken ra te of natural pine pollen in alimentary canal. Methods: 40 weanling SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups based on body weight, natural pine pollen group and broken pine pollen group. Every group had 20 rats (10 male rats and 10 femal e rats). Natural and broken pine pollen were given at a level of 50% in each gro up. In the end of the experiment (40 days), investigating body weight, weight ga in, food intake, food efficiency and protein efficiency. In dejecta, the configu ration of natural pine pollen was observed under phase contrast microscope, and the broken rate was calculated. Results: there was no significant difference bet ween 2 groups in rats body weight and weight gain (P>0 05). Food intake of natural pine pollen group was higher than broken pine pollen grou p (P<0 05); food efficiency and protein efficiency w ere lower and significant lower than broken pine pollen group ( P<0 01, P<0 05 ). The broken rate of natural pine pollen in ali mentary canal was 65 9～67 1% that was lower than the broken rats of broken pi ne pollen. The organs relative weight of adrenal gland of natural pine pollen group was higher than broken pine pollen group (female: P<0 01, mal e: P<0 05). Conclusion: Ingesting a great deal of natural pine pollen can effect rats growth and development in a certain extent, and natural pine pollen can cause the hyperpla sia of adrenal gland.[
