摘要 对几种比较常用的乳酸菌分类和鉴定的分子生物学方法,如AFLP、rep＿PCR等的原理、方法进行了较详细的介绍和比较。 Several developed molecular biological methods that are frequently applied to classify and identify Lactic Acid Bacteria such as AFLP,rep-PCR and l6S rDNA sequence analysis were summarized. The experimental principles and processes of these methods were introduced and compared.
