对石门电厂 2 0 0 3年 7月 4日的一次全炉膛灭火保护动作对全炉膛灭火保护逻辑进行分析 ,认为原逻辑中存在层运行信号相互屏蔽 ,而且油层无火判断条件不合适等现象 ,提出优化全炉膛灭火保护逻辑 ,将油层无火判断条件由 2 /4无火改为
The outfire protection lo gi c, for overall furnace outfire protection in Shimen Thermal Power Plant that act ed on 7/4/2004,is analyzed in this paper. The electric power enterprise standard and the design principle used by CE company are employed in the analysis. It is pointed out that there exist mutual screen between different layers messages an d inappropriateness of the judging criterion for no fire on the oil layer. An op timal scheme is proposed for the overall furnace outfire protection logic, in wh ich the judging criterion for no fire on the oil layer is evaluated to 3/4 no fi re from 2/4 no fire.
