摘要
目前对TGS晶体进行改性研究是克服其自身弱点的途径 ,而生长均匀、无缺陷的TGS单晶是该研究工作的基础 .利用水溶法生长了纯TGS单晶体 ,系统地论述了晶体生长的装置和工艺过程 .分析了晶体生长过程中出现各种缺陷的原因 .测定了晶体的热释电性能的主要参数 .结果表明此方法生长的晶体达到工业应用的技术要求 .从而指出生长均匀、无缺陷TGS单晶体工艺过程中的各个影响因素和应注意的事项 。
The way to overcome the shortcomings in TGS is explored recently. However, the growth of crystal TGS is the basic work. With water-solubility, single crystal TGS is grown. The equipment and every technical process are expounded. The causes of deficiency of different kinds are analyzed. The main parameter for pyroelectric effect are measured, its result was proved to be qualify for industry application. Hence, conditions and factors for ideal crystal are suggested, which support the future research work.
