摘要 研究了化学镀镍镀层的组织结构及性能 .用XRD和EDX分析了镀层的微观结构及组成 ,可知镀层在低磷时结构为微晶和非晶的混合 ,而镀层在高磷时为非晶结构 .将镀层分别在 1 0 %HCl、1 0 %NaOH和 3.5 %NaCl浸泡 ,表明镀层在碱性介质中的耐蚀性最好 。 The structure and properties of electroless Nickel-Phosphorus deposits are investigated. The microstructure and compositions are determined by XRD and EDX techniques. The results show that the deposits with low P content are a mixture of microcrystalline and amorphous phases, while those with the high P content are amorphous. Dipping in the solution of 10%HCl,10%NaOH and 3.5%NaCl respectively, the deposits show the better corrosion resistance in alkaline medium than in the acidic one.
